"This
is a tongue-in-cheek reference to the Mexican dish,
Chile con Carne. The horns of the bull are represented
by Chiles and the bull itself represents the "carne"
or meat. The 45 degree angle of the canvas uses the
width of the horns (Chiles) to their best advantage."
