"My
mother recently passed away after a long battle with
Alzheimers disease. I created this pastel drawing
to honor and pay tribute to her life. She struggled
raising four young children by herself for a while
after my father died and was an inspiration to us
by her example of integrity, honesty, a strong work
ethic, education and a love for God. A great work
of art for a great woman."
